We offer a wide range of mediation and conflict resolution training products, which can all be tailored to your individual organisation’s needs, from 1 day "Handling Difficult Conversations" workshops to 6 days of training in Mediation Skills, (including assessments and follow up assignments) and everything in between.

Mediation skills training can be followed up with peer review/ training sessions and/or ongoing coaching and support for newly trained mediators. Alongside the training, we can also advise you on the introduction of new policies and procedures, to incorporate mediation into the heart of your organisation.
