People & Change was founded in 2003 by Gill Rouse, an experienced workplace mediator, facilitator and business coach, who has over 25 years experience in HR, Change and Conflict Management. Gill's corporate background is with global, blue chip organisations, including PwC, BT and Sainsbury's. (See short Bio)

 

Before setting up People & Change, Gill's roles included HR Development Director for AT&T-Unisource, a Principal Consultant with PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and HR Manager in a variety of roles with BT.

Gill's specialisms are workplace mediation & conflict management, business & executive coaching, management development & training, meeting/workshop facilitation and teambuilding.

 

Gill has a wide network of business associates, including colleagues from PwC, IBM and BT, as well as other HR and Change Management consultancies. She also runs regular 'Netwalks' and now has over 100 walkers who attend her networking events, (not all at the same time!). When larger projects require additional resource, Gill therefore has access to high calibre colleagues and associates. Due to her high standards of professionalism and integrity, Gill will never take on work unless she knows she can do an excellent job, therefore, she will always refer you to others with more relevant specialisms, if appropriate.
